Been waiting on this.
I got a 5 day break from the nursing program so I had a little extra time.

Rewind. Hurricane. End.

Saturday, August 27, 2011

This whole summer came and went by in a second. I haven't had time to blog about it all as I had originally planned. (Kanye Shrug)

Zoom to the present. Everyone here in NY is locked up in their homes due to Hurricane Irene making it's way over here. When NYC decides to stop the MTA from making money, then you know some shit is going down. I've got two days left of summer vacation and I'm spending it at home. So instead of wasting my time and staying in bed, I've decided to finally update my blog on what I've been doing the past month or so.

Sprout Up!

Friday, August 05, 2011

I heard news that Jeremyville and Buff Monster were going to be at the opening of their new exhibit at The Cotton Candy Machine out in Brooklyn so once I confirmed it was true, I was out! I had copped a "Nightmare In Jeremyville" 8 in. Dunny from Kid Robot NY back in '08 when Jeremyville first launched it. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get my piece signed back then so I figured that I'd try my luck this time around. Ed, Nash, and I hopped onto the train and headed out to BK.

*Pardon the pics. They were taken from an iPod touch since I couldn't bring my DSLR at the time.

They were giving out free cotton candy and beer throughout the whole exhibit!
The Cotton Candy Machine!

I was so tempted to cop some prints.

I copped my Dunny for 50 bucks back in '08.

Buff signing my Destroyer. Dude didn't have a pen so he borrowed my "Tagging" marker for the whole damn night.
Buff Monster!

Jeremyville signing my Dunny. Dude was mad chill. He reminded me of Russell Brand's character in Forgetting Sarah Marshall (both in talk and mannerisms lmao).
Peep Mrs. McPherson in the background!

P.S. : Someone was shooting pics the whole night and took mad pics of me and posted it up on their blog. LOL try to find out who it is!
